It is our best intention to fulfil all orders within 7 working days within Ireland & with 7 days in the U.K. For purchases outside here please allow 10-12 working days.
Returns policy
To return an item please email us at hello@firkail.ie for our return address and to receive instructions. Thank you!
We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase you make from Firkail. If, however, you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, we will refund or exchange the item in question, providing it is returned to us within 14 days and arrives back to firkail.ie in its original condition. All returns must be accompanied by a contact address (email or postal) and preferably a contact telephone number. As the purchaser, you will be responsible for all returned items until such time as they have been received by us at Firkail. You will be responsible for the full cost of the return postage. Original delivery costs are not refunded.
Sale items or Items bought at a discount can not be returned.
When returning goods to Firkail we advise customers to obtain a ‘Proof of Postage’ certificate from the Post Office.
Orders from outside Ireland & the EU
Orders from outside Ireland & the EU could be subject to import duties & taxes applied to goods once they arrive at the specified destination. The purchaser will be solely responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Firkail cannot predict whether or not such charges will be applied to a given order nor provide any indication of the amounts of import duty and tax that could be applied in any given territory. Firkail accepts no responsibility for any import duties and/or taxes incurred by the purchaser and advises purchasers from outside the Ireland/EU to obtain the relevant information from their local customs & excise office prior to placing an order.
